1991 Gas Natural Company is founded
1993 Global offering of Repsol stocks
1995 PSO on 19% of Repsol stocks
1996 PSO on 11% Repsol stocks. Repsol buys company Astra
1997 Stare completes the privatization of Repsol. PSO on the last 10% Repsol stock
1998 Repsol considers the possibility of entering the public offering of privatization of YPF
1999 Acquiring of the Argentinean company YP
